THE DAWG is the culinary fusion of two formerly separate worlds – this is where the Michelin star cuisine of Björn Swanson unites with urban fast food. In short, the hot dog reaches new culinary heights at THE DAWG! Swanson has shown how simple things can be perfected at his award winning restaurant GOLVET. “Back to the roots” is our motto. In this case, to his American roots: Swanson has created DAWGS built from both classic and unexpected ingredients. Whether it’s the CLASSIC DAWG with fluffy sesame bun, gherkin and roasted onions, fiery PORKINATOR DAWG with chili-bun, caraway and coleslaw or the FRENCH BULL DAWG, where Merguez meets pear and roquefort: exceptional products and toppings are combined in the DAWGS as a surprising whole.
By the way: Don’t worry if you are a vegetarian, you’ll find something delicious as well.
